Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of Online Courses
By purchasing the course via our website and making payment you agree in full to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue to purchase any Services from us.
1. These terms
1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our Online Course/Services to you.
1.2 Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order and payment for the Online Course to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

2.1 We are Victoria Louise Hair Ltd a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration is 14435333 and our registered office is at 18 Park Lane, Great Harwood, Blackburn, England, BB6 7RF.

2.3 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order.
2.4 When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the website disclaimer these terms and conditions take priority.
3. Definitions
“Confidential Information” means information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine readable or other form concerning the business, clients, suppliers, finances and other areas of the other party’s business or products, including, without limitation, the Course Contents, but does not include information in the public domain other than through the default of the party disclosing the information, information required to be disclosed by any court or regulatory authority, or any information already in the possession or control of the disclosing party.
“Course Contents” means the information and video tutorials provided by Victoria Louise Hair Ltd which is contained within the online course and is provided as part of the Services in electronic form.
“Fees” means the fees paid by you to Victoria Louise Hair Ltd for the Services.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, rights in or relating to videos, images, supplier information, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.
“Online Course/s” means the delivery by us of an online course pursuant to which you learn remotely, with the benefit of the tutorials and information provided.
“Services” means the provision of the non-accredited Online Course and the Course Contents purchased by you through the website.
“Website” means www.wigmakingmasterclass.co.uk
“you” means the individual purchasing the Online Course / Services.
4. The Services and Online Course
4.1. A description of the Services and the Online Course are available on our Website. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.
4.2. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services and Online Course described on the Website without notice.
4.3 We expect you to confirm that the Services / Online Course you are purchasing will meet your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of the Online Course / Service.
5. Purchasing an Online Course
5.1. In order to purchase the Online Course, you must sign up and register for an account with us via the Website. If you already have an account with us, you can log into your account using your user-name and password.
5.2. When you purchase an Online Course via the Website, you confirm and accept that you are purchasing the Online Course/Services on these terms and conditions. Victoria Louise Hair Ltd reserves the right to cancel or decline your order or any part of your order at any time until it has been confirmed in accordance with clause 5.4 below.
5.3. Once you have made payment for the Online Course you will have access to it in full. Access is granted for 26 weeks only, from the date of payment or the access date you choose when you purchase the course via the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to complete the course in this time. No extension to this time limit will be permitted.
5.4. A legally binding agreement between us and you shall come into existence when we have :
(a) accepted your offer to purchase the Online Course / Services from us by sending you an email confirming the purchase; and
(b) received payment of the relevant Fees from you in accordance with clause 7 below.
5.5. Victoria Louise Hair Ltd does not provide ‘accredited courses’. You will not receive any form of accreditation or certification upon completion of the online course.
6. Cancellation and Variation
6.1. You will be granted automatic immediate access to an Online Course once payment is received and will have no right to cancel your order from this time. No refunds will be given.
6.2. There is no other right to cancel or vary your purchase of the Online Course / Services and any other cancellation and / or variation of course dates will be at the entire discretion of Victoria Louise Hair Ltd.
7. Fees
7.1. The Fees for the Online Course / Services shall be as set out on the Website.
7.2. The Fees include full access to the Online Course for 26 weeks.
7.3. Fees for the Online Course selected by you on the Website shall be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full prior to you accessing the Online Course.
7.4. Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of Services are for your own account and Victoria Louise Hair Ltd shall not be responsible for these.
7.5. You shall be responsible for all costs in connection with your access onto any Online Course, including all physical and other materials required to make a wig/s.
8. Liability
8.1. No part of the provision of the Services shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment advice.
8.2. Although Victoria Louise Hair Ltd aims to provide a good standard of Services, neither it, nor its trainers accept any liability for (i) any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the Online Course and any reliance by you on any such information, (ii) any loss or corruption of data, (iii) any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or (iv) any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from any breach of the terms of this Agreement.
8.3. Except to the extent that they are expressly set out in these terms and conditions, no conditions, warranties or other terms shall apply to the Services. Subject to clause 8.5 no implied conditions, warranties or other terms apply (including any implied terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or conformance with description).
8.4. Subject to clause 8.5 below, Victoria Louise Hair Ltd's total liability arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and in relation to anything which we may have done or not done in connection with these terms and conditions and the delivery of the Service (and whether the liability arises because of breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) shall be limited to the Fees received by us in connection with the relevant Online Course in relation to which a dispute has arisen.
8.5. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit Victoria Louise Hair Ltd's liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation or (iii) any other matter which under English law may not be limited or excluded.
8.6. No claim may be brought more than six months after the last date on which the Services concerned have finished or ceased to be provided by us.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Tutorials, Online Courses and videos made by the trainer are, and remain, the intellectual property of Victoria Louise Hair Ltd, whether adapted, written for or customised for the Client or not.
9.2. You are not authorised to:-
(i) Share your log in credentials with any other party or allow them to access the course with your credentials.
(ii) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Contents whatsoever without prior written permission;
(iii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course.
(iv) use the Course Contents in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;
(v) remove any copyright or other notice of Victoria Louise Hair Ltd on the Course Contents.
(vi) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
Breach by you of this clause 9.2 shall allow us to immediately terminate and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Course.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. Each party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for the purposes of these terms and conditions and shall return it on demand and not retain copies of it.
10.2. Either party may disclose Confidential Information to its legal and other advisors for the purposes of obtaining advice from them.
10.3. This clause shall continue notwithstanding termination of these terms and conditions.
11. Termination
11.1. We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect in the event that you:

fail to pay your Fees when due.

act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee of Victoria Lousie Hair Ltd or any other course participant.

steal or act in fraudulent or deceitful manner towards us or our employees or any other course participants.

are in breach of these terms and conditions.
11.2. On termination clause 8 (liability), 9 (intellectual property rights), 10 (confidentiality) and any restrictions shall continue notwithstanding such termination.
12. Assignment
Any Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
We shall be entitled to assign these terms and conditions to any other company without prior notice to you. We may assign, transfer, sub-contract any of our rights or obligations to any third party at our discretion.
13. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with those contained within our website are the entire agreement between the parties. Nothing in this clause or terms and conditions shall limit liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
14. Force Majeure
Victoria Louise Hair Ltd shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes and other Acts of God, terrorism, Government edict or regulation.
15. Data Protection
15.1 In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site, including to purchase an Online Course, you will need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise. We may use information that you provide to register you with our website and to administer it and our services you have purchased.
15.2 When you register with us you will need to provide certain Data such as your contact details and demographic information. We will store this Data and use it to contact you, provide you with details of the Services you have purchased and otherwise as required during the normal provision of the course.
15.3 We will not pass any personal data onto anyone outside of Victoria Louise Hair Ltd.
15.4 We use information such as your User ID, session identifiers and password to enable us to identify whether you are using our services, assist with the provision of services and to ensure that you have access to relevant products. We will only read cookies from your cookie file placed there through your web browser's interaction with the Website.
15.5. The rules about cookies on websites have recently changed. If you are uncomfortable with the use of cookies, you can disable cookies on your computer by changing the settings in the preferences or options menu in your browser. You can set your browser to reject or block cookies or to tell you when a website tries to put a cookie on your computer. You can also delete any cookies that are already stored on your computer’s hard drive. However, please be aware that if you do delete and block all cookies from our website, parts of the site will not then work. This is because some of the cookies we use are essential for parts of our website to operate. Likewise, you may not be able to use some products and services on other websites without cookies.
15.6. Our products may link to third party websites and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.
15.7. Victoria Louise Hair Ltd endeavours to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal Data including the use of encryption technology, but cannot guarantee the security of any Data you disclose. You accept the inherent security implications of being and transacting on-line over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security.

16. Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
